Been a SugarSync user since Day 1. It has come a long way. I think their model willbecome the standard for this.

Dropbox allows upto 32GB in referrals, 1GB per friend & 3GB for using mobile uploads from your phone.

For me – Dropbox is integrated beautifully with IOS, so i use this to access files which i dont really change often such as my CV etc.

But sugarsync is much better with real time sync with the option to just sync a folder instead of drag and dropping into dropbox every time you change it or the files within.

Id like to see dropbox use real time syncing in the future.

I think Sugarsync is better than Dropbox. It’s able to sync more than one folder and gives more free space than DB. On the other hand, Dropbox is very simple to use a I think this is the reason for its popularity. Next, I’ve noticed that dropbox is a bit faster in uploading files in the cloud than Sugarsync. I definetly like Dropbox, but I really love Sugarsync.

Recently used sugarsync on my Windows 8 workstation and macbook pro laptop. I’ve been using dropbox and box for a while now, and never had issues. Sugarsync slowed both my machines a lot, even crashing windows 8. Disk and memory usage revealed to be very inefficient compared to Box and Dropbox…

On my Opinion. I used both of them. I used Dropbox as my backup picture cloud storage. Sugarsync for my files integration on the cloud. Happy for both of then.

    Hi,

after my external drive died, and I loose all of my photos, i was very angry. Then I tried Dropbox (fine, but not enough space for me), Sugarsync (for me it was very slow), and now I am using Copy.

Normaly, on Copy you have 15GB for free, but if you use this link, and install Copy application to synchronize or backup your data, you will get 20GB for free.

Guys, don’t forget Copy. It is the new Dropbox now. I use both currently, but Copy offers you more space for free than Dropbox. Both are good and both come with the desktop client to sync your files to their cloud servers.

Check it out and use this link to sign up for Copy to get 20GB free instead of the regular 15GB.

I was using Dropbox (but with not enough free space), Sugarsync (same like Dropbox, and for me slow).

Now I am using new awesome service “Copy”. You will get there 15GB for free, and its very easy to use.

If you will use this link to register on Copy, and install their application to backup your data, you will get 5GB more free, so you will have 20GB of free space!

Bonus for you is, that if you will find some referral, you will get next 5GB for free per each! Like this, you can get unlimited space for free.

The problem now is that SugarSync is no longer free, so I started using a free service called Copy (it’s from the anti-spam company, Barracuda Networks). Copy gives you 15 gigs of space for free. If you use this link you and I both get an extra 5 gigs for free:
