How to convert files to PDF in Microsoft office 2007?

Some time we found that word or excel file needs to be converted in PDF due to some security reason so that anyone can’t modify it. It has also found that formatting of the document changes when the file opened in a different computer. To get rid from this type of problems we have to convert the documents into PDF. There is an add-in provided by Microsoft called “SaveAsPdf.exe” can solve this problem. The size of the add-in is very small (less than 1 MB), so you should not have any problem even you are using a dial-up connection.

  2. Click Download button to download the file and save it to your hard disk.
  3. Double-click on the file to start the setup from your hard disk.

After the completing the installation process, open any document (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Access) you want to publish. And then go to File menu then Save as then PDF or XPS. After that it will open a window to select the location where you want to save the PDF file, then put a desired file name and save it. That’s all.
