Microsoft consecutively released the new Office Professional Plus 2013 (Office 15) on 11th October 2012 after releasing Windows 8 (1st Aug, 2012), though it is a beta version and it has been Released to Manufacturing (RTM). It can be available on the Microsoft site and probably within the first quarter of 2013 it will be available on the retail and various online channels.

Microsoft office 2013 is compatible with only windows 7 and windows 8. The suite will not run in all the previous version (like XP, Vista, etc.) of windows. If you are running XP or Vista on your computer you need to upgrade it in order to install the new Office 2013.

Why does Microsoft always turn something that works good and is compatible with previous versions into something that works worse and is not compatible. I have been a Windows user for decades. Now I think I may just switch everything to Apple
